Make a Glass Pocket Vase Friday, April 18 | 2–4 PM | $48

Discover the art of fused glass and walk away with a beautiful, functional piece you made yourself. In this beginner-friendly workshop, Dorothy Darroch of Gray Ghost Glass will teach you how to design a 4" × 5" pocket vase — perfect for displaying a single bloom or a small bouquet on a shelf, windowsill, or tabletop.

You'll personalize your vase with decorative glass elements including flowers, leaves, stems, and colorful glass dots, then select from a range of glass colors, shapes, and sizes to make it distinctly your own. Once the class wraps up, Dorothy will take your piece back to her studio to be kiln-fired — a process that fuses all the elements into one seamless, glowing creation. Allow approximately 2 weeks for firing and return to Glass Growers.

$48 includes instruction, materials, and light refreshments.

Workshop Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Because registrants are claiming one of a limited number of seats, cancellations made less than 72 hours before the class are not eligible for refunds. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for store credit, which can be used to shop at Glass Growers Gallery & Gifts or toward another class registration. Workshop seats may also be transferred to another individual if desired; please notify us of the change at staff@glassgrowersgallery.com
