Brian D. Payne is a full time artist whose creative passion early in life has brought him to realize his dream of being a professional artist. A graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, Brian has been a professional artist for over 40 years. Water based media and alcohol ink are his forte.

Using bold color expression with those media are the driving force behind his work.

From his home based studio in Girard, PA, this life long resident of Northwest Pennsylvania is constantly inspired by the world around him.
