ARTIST BIO
I am a visual artist inspired in the Peruvian rainforest. I was born in the Capital of Peru, Lima, a desert in front of the sea view. Since I was a kid, I have been visiting family in the jungle of Peru. Mesmerized by its beauty, I have been traveling there often and working on depicting jungle landscapes.
This last series of work called JUNGLE POP brings in all the vibrancy of the colors of my heritage culture "Chicha" and emphasizes my devotion to textures. Most of the pieces are my own way to study plants and flowers from the San Martin region in Peru.
