Formally trained in graphic design, Kate has always sought creative business ideas to share within the community. From ceramics to lampworking and everything in between, she has more recently shifted her energy outdoors where she operates 402 nectar, a cut flower CSA, during the summer months.

Her recent show at Glass Growers, Parsing beauty, was a collection of 14 canvasses featuring larger than life images. painted from photographs of blooms that grow on Kate’s postage stamp lot in the city. They’re a great permanent reminder of a temporary season.
